FARD an association of local character created under the law 31 – 90 of 4 December 1990 of the Algerian legislation and brought into conformity with the new law 12/06

FARD, founded on 08 March 1995 and registered as approved on 04 May 1996 under no. 506/96 and brought into compliance with the new law 12/06 in March 2014

FARD relies on local work and its media coverage both locally and nationally.

FARD is an organization independent of any political party or religious organization. It is open to any woman who adheres to the universal values ​​of human rights and in particular the principle of equality between women and men in society and the defense of the physical and moral integrity of the human person.

FARD is working towards the following objectives:
– Respect for the human person
– Equality before the law
– Respect for freedom of expression
– Company of all actions reinforcing the objectives raised.

FARD draws its roots from the permanent mobilization of Algerian women for full citizenship.

As such it has the slogan “A full and complete Citizenship implies formal rights and real rights”.
