Fajir Association Relief & Development is a non governmental non profit organization work to serve Palestinian community in Gaza strip ,our scope of work in cultural, relief,and development activities.

(1) replace the concepts of force and violence prevailing in the Palestinian mentality and young child the concepts of tolerance and social justice and access to equality among these categories.
(2) To raise awareness among young people the concepts of governance and democracy and human rights and civil work for Community Action to achieve these concepts among the community.
(3) Make the hands of the cultural and social assistance for children and marginalized youth the hardest hit among community groups.
(4) To work on activating the role of women and to clarify its position in the community.
(5) interest in the talents of young men and women and development, develop and upgrade them.
(6) Contribute to instill the principles of belonging to the homeland and to strengthen the Palestinian identity among young people and enhance their creativity, and the development of a cultural identity that is open to the reality and history.
(7) to educate and help the Palestinian community to face the social and cultural problems through the formulation and implementation of plans for cultural and artistic programs.
(8) to raise awareness in the understanding of the importance of culture and the role of the intellectual in society through the establishment and organization of lectures, seminars and cultural activities and programs.
