Elderly are the treasure of this nation, thus we have to encourage them to continue their productivity and participation in the society. This will keep them happy and motivated. Our society will always be in need of their experiences and wisdom. We have to qualify and train them to participate in the community and also thank them for their success and provide them with comprehensive means of welfare and entertainment.
