The Association is an Egyptian Non-Governmental Organization, registered at the Ministry of social Affairs in 1993 (reg. No. 4043) under the law No.32 of 1964.
Dr. Esmat El Merghany established "Egypt's Daughter Association" with the aim to develop and improve the quality of life of the Egyptian orphans and abandoned children who are in desperate need for support and care necessary to meet their basic needs and to expand their opportunities to reach their full potential The Association provides the children with permanent care, education and services as they proceed through the various growth stages from birth until they become independent and fully integrated in society.
