Vision
To teach and educate members of Palestinian society with great attention to the Palestinian women to enjoy a decent life, independence and progress and to be able to contribute effectively to the development of their homeland and strengthening between nations.

Mission
We seek to be an independent charitable organization distinguished in the development of knowledge, abilities and skills of the Palestinian individual and strengthening their association with their homeland and the Palestinian identity by way of providing appropriate factors for him to produce, creativity and include educational and cultural right environment, and the crew qualified administrators, teachers and supervisors to provide support and guidance to him, educational, social, cultural and diverse programs built according to the needs and inclinations.

Objectives
• Taking care of female Palestinian orphan and needy children, providing them with a good decent life.
• Establishing schools to teach and educate girls in addition to training them to be self- independent.
• Sponsoring extra-curricular activities, establishing literary, scientific and art clubs with sport activities towards developing their talents.
• Preserving the Arab and the Palestinian heritage and culture.
