On the ninth of July of the year 2001 Bahrain Women Association – for Human Development (BWA) was established in contribution to the furtherance of human progress. BWA served as the nucleus for several qualitative oriented projects and programs were created to benefit different sectors of the society.

We believe that human development is the path towards progression and development. This is where we marked our beginning, with new potentials emerging with everyday sunlight, harvesting fruits of excellence in methodologies and results, through vision oriented and distinctive programs which understand Humanity needs.
