In 1994, the Moroccan Association of Solidarity Without Borders, in AMSSF, was created with the mission to help the poor and illiterate women, to participate in their training and education of young children, through programs vocational training and literacy, and that, as part of the national economic and social integration program for low-income people, and solidarity among the poorest communities.
To support the actions of trained women, AMSSF, develop a parallel micro-credit activity. It will be the first organization to start its Micro-credit activities in the North Central Region Moroccan. It is the President Mrs Gharbi Khaddouj will personally start this program with a dozen women of Middle Atlas.
Following the publication in February 1999 of the 18-97 law AMSSF will specialize in Micro-Credit, and will become Moroccan Association Solidarity Without Borders / Micro Credit, AMSSF / MC cigle.
Since there AMSSF that continues to help young children and poor and illiterate women, through training and literacy programs, and AMSSF / MC which is dedicated social development through the provision of Micro -Credits a very poor population and excluded from the traditional financial system.
