The tourist association was founded in December 2012 by a group of young volunteers motivated El Guettar after the legal classification of El Guettar a tourist town, according to the decree N483 of May 29, 2012. Its main objective is to ensure preparedness tourism infrastructure in El Guettar. The association has developed since its foundation a beginner working strategy for the study and research on tourism potential of the village, to advertising promoting tourism to El Guettar until the attraction of investors and tourist promoter, and receiving groups.
