The adventure of the Young Leaders Without Borders “JLSF” started in 2011 by the establishment of a board of 25 young people aged between 18 and 30 years old Ariana Young Leaders. “Since December 2013, this group of young people chose to create a legal framework for their activities and by the constitution of the association “young Leaders Without Borders”.
this association aims youth development of individual skills, establishing the culture of dialogue, incentives for participation in local governance and advocacy to develop a sense of civic responsibility among youth.
