Ibtissama Foundation is an association of character of public utility, it takes care of the specific needs of the people with disabilities in the daira of Beni Ourthilane. Approved by the public authorities on 10/02/2007 under the No. 3917, renewal of approval on April 22, 2010 under the same number, then May 30, 2013 under the number 04/2013 then in 2016 under the number 36/2016 .

OBJECTIVE OF THE "IBTISSAMA" ASSOCIATION

Put in place child-minding structures for the child with specific needs:
Medico-Psychopedagogical Center (CMPP).
Help Center Through Work (CAT).
Educational and therapeutic farms.
home life for people with multiple disabilities.

Organize and develop all pedagogical, cultural, and recreational activities for the child, considering the special situation of people with social, psychological and physical disabilities.
Develop abilities and gifts in children.
Multidisciplinary care of children with disabilities through: psychological, speech therapy, pedagogical, educational, psychomotor, parental guidance, group therapy and outpatient consultations.
The social integration of children through the acquisition of autonomy, the development of physical, intellectual and social capacities.
Minimize the difficulties of adaptation and learning in children.
The center provides specialized education whose objective is essentially focused on:

- autonomy
- Communication
- socialization
- family and social integration

Assist academics in the preparation of their final dissertations.
Organize study, information and prevention days

Initiate and undertake studies and research in the educational, psychological and social care of the child.
Contribute to finding the most appropriate methods and solutions for improving the condition of the child in difficulty.
Assist academics and post-graduates, at the end of their training, in the preparation of dissertations and theses aiming at one of the aspects of the child's educational, psychological and social care.

Collect and disseminate all the information, innovations and results of experiences inherent in the care of the child.
Organize seminars and study days on different aspects of child and adolescent research.
Participate in all meetings and cultural, educational and scientific events concerning children and adolescents.

Establish collaborative and coordinating relationships with all institutions and structures working in the field of children and adolescents.
