DERB is organized around 3 areas of activity:

The Debate: its goal is to enrich the reflection and the promotion of sustainable development in trying to bring citizens closer to the area of decision-making centers.
The making available of resources is a resource center available to policymakers made available for civil society. This pole is made through reflection groups (local / national actors, academics, business leaders, project managers, etc. ...);
Sharing knowledge: its role is to define, clarify and disseminate the concepts and issues of sustainable development (think tank and training). With in-house expertise and a network of experts, DERB collects and disseminates Tunisian and European experiences of sustainable development. It also conducts an evaluation work and public policy analysis, experiences, methods and tools for sustainable development.
