Association Club Mohamed Ali de la Culture Ouvrière

The founders of the ACMACO, after a broad discussion about the identity and goals of their organization were aware that it is not primarily action-oriented but to the thinking based action, and this from a strategic perspective.

It does not aim to mobilize, so she has not an election issue. Its purpose is rather to promote exchanges, training, studies and research on social and labor questions.

In the absence of legislation governing the most appropriate institutional framework for this type of organization, namely foundations, founders of ACMACO chose to legally comply with Tunisian law on associations; but the genesis and purpose of ACMACO, they opted for the model of a foundation in its operation and its mode of organization and management.

On this basis, they have appointed Comrade Habib GUIZA, founder and principal founder, president and CEO of the ACMACO and took charge of directing. He is assisted by a secretariat composed of 6 members.

Since 1994, when the start of the ACMACO activities until 2003, the national and international reputation has continued to grow, and the number and quality of activities and participants grew and developed.
