Spread the culture of tolerance and solidarity between individuals and groups in society.
The protection of collective and individual freedoms in all its forms dimensions.
Support democracy and promote its culture.
Particular attention is paid to young people and women and to local governance and decentralization, -First pillars of democracy- in all shares of ACL.
