Asfari Institute’s work on civil society and citizenship grounded in two themes: ‘knowledge-building’ and ‘empowerment.’ The Institute aims in all of its future work to build bridges between academia and grounded evidence-based knowledge-building research on the one hand, and on the other, civil society activists and their realities and needs on the ground.
