Al Marsad is a Palestinian, independent, nonpartisan and non-profit NGO dedicated to promote good governance and democratic reform in public institutions, civil society organizations and local councils, and encourage political participation, through the monitoring of democratic development, raising citizens’ awareness and elections monitoring.

1. Promotion of good governance in public institutions, local councils and civil society organizations
   Objectives:
   1. Promotion of decentralization and democratic reform in local government;
   2. Develop the Civic Society legal framework.
2. Influencing the democratic development process
   Objectives:
   1. Enhance and develop youth and women political participation;
   2. Enhance and strengthening role of law concepts and practice
   3. Increase and promote the transparency and accountability in the Palestinian public institutions;
