Arab Resource Center for Popular Arts (ARCPA) / AL-JANA is a non profit organization was founded in 1990 with an office in Beirut, Lebanon. Established with the intent of improving the lives and standard of living through promoting active learning and creative expression among Palestinian Refugees.
