In March 2011, Authority Board of Trustees, the organization's office at its extraordinary decided to amend the name of the organization to become: the Arab Organization for dialogue and international cooperation to enhance the role of dialogue in this important history of the Arab nation phase Guided including wrought by the Arab peoples revolution of freedom and he needs the principle of expanding the rules reformist awareness of upholding rules and methodology of intercultural dialogue as an objective essential to establish ways of cooperation on the basis of equal and healthy and relies on mutual respect which are all goals that were fired from the organization created since 2001.

The organization is seeking to activate the performance of unitary Arab movement to become a global movement and the formation pool "Arab lobby" actively serve the objectives both internally and externally, and for this orientation is determined to strengthen the entity Arab economic and trade, military and media and culturally with building bridges outside and cooperating with friends dialogue in order to achieve the main objective of the organization.
This organization is working systematically perform civil society , a civil institution registered and unregistered in the Egyptian Ministry of solidarity Qom 3313 independent Arab body, and the right to join the membership of many Arab figures in the board of directors, headquartered in Cairo and entitled to take many of the other branches in all countries of the world, its financial resources and its allocation and its board of directors the discretion to invest these resources to achieve the purposes and objectives of the association.
