Arab Organization for Administrative Development was established in 1961 as one of the League of Arab States specialized organizations to take over the responsibility of promoting administrative development in the Arab region.According to the Convention on the establishment, determined by the organization’s mission is to contribute to the achievement of administrative development in the Arab countries in order to serve the overall development issues. In seeking to achieve this mission, the organization’s efforts and provide services and programs to the governments of Arab members of the Organization, and the 22 state. And it expands the scope of the organization to include services as well as NGOs and business organizations, the private sector and for the leaders of the three levels of administrative and supervisory medium and executive.
