Elle a pour principal objectif, lutter contre la discrimination de couleur, défendre les droits des Noirs.

Enhancement and promotion of egalitarian culture among all Tunisian citizens without discrimination of color through media, cinema and other cultural and artistic expression;
Support for measures to preserve the cultural heritage of black and contribution to documentation;
Awareness of governmental and non-governmental problems of the black minority, and propose possible cultural and educational content to foster a spirit of understanding and tolerance.
